Leadership Style and Developing Ethical and Effective Healthcare Leadership

Self-awareness of one’s leadership style is necessary to learn individual movements (Alrowwad et al., 2020). Based on my self-reflection of my leadership style, I blend vote-based and transformational. My leadership style is rule-based to a greater extent, focusing on teamwork and shared directions. My commitment to the value of others’ contributions creates a culture of partnership and belonging. Additionally, I embed aspects of transformational leadership and blend and combine the social group into a shared vision. Strengths
