The staff has reported to the bosses at the Smiley Clinical office that they are not being checked on acceptably for the work, considering the responsibilities. Many social gatherings have been held with the undertakings encountered, and each staff member feels like their responsibilities are not being accurately delegated; they think their evaluations will be off course.

Enhancing Morale and Improving Workplace Dynamics
